Delivery Times
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Plant Care During Transit All plants are carefully packaged to minimise stress during delivery. We recommend unpacking your plant immediately upon arrival and placing it in indirect light for 24–48 hours to acclimatise.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, please contact us within 48 hours at herbsplantsconsulting@gmail.com to arrange redelivery.
